Implementation Process

All of our projects are planned carefully to ensure the implementation has minimal impact on the operation of your business but at the same time delivers the results you expect.  We don’t require any dedicated resources from you other than a server for our software.

We use a tried and tested implementation methodology called SIMS which is introduced during the pre-sale stage.  A project scoping process takes place before you are asked to commit to the project.  This process provides you with a final cost for the project, a high level project plan and enables you to meet some of the implementation staff who will be working on your project.

Once the green light is given for the project, work begins in earnest.  The project team will split their time between working from your offices and working remotely from ours.  Regular project meetings are held to report on progress as well as email communication.

Increased support is provided at “go-live” particularly with large systems to ensure things go smoothly.
