Having worked on many Performance Management solutions, we know that it is not until you see your system for the first time and start to use it that you will begin to really appreciate its capabilities.  Often this means that changes are required to the system even though we have built it to the agreed specification.  Our Managed Service allows for this.  Changes can be made to the datamart, cubes or reports to ensure the system really does reflect the needs of your business.

Managed Service is sold as a bundle of days at a reduced consultancy rate and then “called off” by you as and when you need them.  This means you can call on our services whenever you need them for changes to the system to ensure it constantly reflects the changes in your business.
